puppy you would like to purchase. We will confirm
the receipt of your e-mail or phone call with a
follow-up e-mail or phone call. Please provide your
time zone and a phone number you would like us to
reach you at.
When our puppies are 6-7 weeks old, they will be vet
checked for overall health. We administer all
wormings and immunizations of our puppies beginning
at 8 weeks of age. Our puppies are guaranteed to be
in good health to the best of our knowledge and
based upon the vet check at the time of sale to a
new owner.
We strongly urge the buyer to have the puppy checked
by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of
purchase in accordance with our Puppy Guarantee. If
the veterinarian finds any life threatening genetic
defect the buyer must present a letter from the
veterinarian explaining the genetic defect, we will
exchange the puppy for another puppy of equal value
immediately, or when available, provided the
requirements of these conditions and the Puppy
Guarantee are strictly followed. The seller will
under NO circumstances refund any or part of the
purchase price to the buyer.
Any and all costs incurred are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. The seller cannot
assume any responsibility for the puppy once it
leaves the premises.
It is the owner’s responsibility to research the
breed of puppy he or she is considering purchasing
and making sure that the particular breed chosen
will fit his or her lifestyle.
If circumstances prevent you from caring for a
puppy/dog purchased from us in its lifetime, please
contact us and we will care for the dog until we can
find it a good home.
We require a $200.00, non-refundable deposit payable
via Pay Pal or money order within one week from the
date of receipt of the e-mail expressing interest in
a particular puppy will hold that puppy. We DO NOT
accept personal checks for any reason or for any
part of the purchase process. After receipt of
deposit, the agreed upon puppy will be removed from
our advertising and marked sold on our website. The
balance of the purchase price is due before the
puppy will be released to its new home. Failure of
the new buyer to uphold his or her end of the
agreement will result in a loss of the deposit and
the puppy being re-listed for sale.
We do not prefer to ship our puppies. When at all
possible we will agree to meet the new buyer halfway
with new buyer being responsible for the cost of gas
in lieu of a delivery fee. Should we begin to ship
puppies in the future, new buyer is responsible for
the cost of puppy’s travel expenses including
airfare, shipping crate, veterinary exams and
paperwork and any other cost associate with the
shipment.
